The terms and conditions of purchase apply to consumers' purchases of goods on classiccareshop.com. The site is owned and operated by:

Payment
All prices listed on Classiccareshop.com include VAT and taxes, unless otherwise clearly stated in the relevant situation. Payment must be made in Danish kroner.
Payment can be made with Dankort, Maestro, MasterCard Credit, Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron.
When paying with an international payment card such as Visa and Mastercard, the amount is automatically reserved on the buyer's payment card until the amount is debited (when the item is shipped) or the reservation is canceled.
By accepting the terms and conditions , you agree that Classiccareshop.com reserves the amount approved by the buyer at the completion of the purchase on Classiccareshop.com for up to 30 days.
Classiccareshop.com refers to the consumer's own agreement with the card issuer when questions arise regarding the reservation.
Subscription orders
You must be 18 years old to sign up for regular deliveries from Classiccareshop.com
If you have signed up for regular delivery of some of our products, we will always deduct the money for your subscription when the product is shipped. You will receive your product 1-2 business days later.
We offer a 14-day return policy on our subscription deliveries if they are returned with all content as received.
You always have the option to cancel your subscription, and there is no obligation on your subscription. If you wish to cancel your subscription, we must receive your cancellation no later than 14 days before we ship the next item. After that, we will not charge you for your next item. If we receive your cancellation later, you will receive the next item and pay for it. Your cancellation can be made via your personal page on Classiccareshop .com or by sending an e-mail to info@ Classiccareshop .com
You will be able to find all subscription receipts on your page as well as in the attached email you receive each month.
Delivery time
Delivery time in Denmark is typically 1-2 business days. Handling time can vary up to 24 hours (on weekdays). Orders placed before 12:00 are usually shipped the same day.
Please note that during busy periods such as Black Friday, we cannot guarantee that your package will be delivered to the selected parcel shop if it is full.
All orders are shipped via a customer-selected shipping company and delivered to the address specified when ordering.
Shipping costs in Denmark
- GLS parcel shop, 1-2 weekdays: 39 kr.
- GLS home delivery, 1-2 business days: 59 kr.
If you do not pick up your package from the parcel shop and it is returned to us, we will charge a fee of DKK 80.00 for the costs associated with sending the package and returning it to us. When re-sending the package, the consumer must pay new shipping costs.
Delivery is considered to have been completed when the goods have been handed over to the customer.
Delivery process
After each purchase, you will receive an order confirmation detailing the selected delivery method. When the item is shipped, you will receive an email from the shipping company with track and trace so you can follow the package until you receive it.
Right of withdrawal and return of goods
In accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, the customer has the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. However, as an extra service, we offer an extended right of return of 30 days. This period runs from the day the customer physically receives the goods. If the order consists of several different items that are delivered separately, the period applies from the receipt of the last item.
If the customer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must clearly inform Classiccareshop.com of this before the expiry of the withdrawal period. The message can be sent to the contact details provided below.
Please note that cancellation cannot be effected by refusing receipt of the goods without informing us at the same time.
Return
The goods must be sent no later than 14 days after the date on which the customer has informed Classiccareshop of the wish to exercise the right of withdrawal. The necessary return address is stated below. The customer is responsible for the costs associated with returning the goods. This also applies in cases where the customer does not collect the goods on time. The customer bears the risk of any loss or damage to the goods during return transport.
It is not possible to return the goods by cash on delivery or to a parcel shop. The returned goods must be sent to the address specified below. The goods must be clearly marked with the sender's name and address and either "Return" if the return is due to exercising the right of withdrawal, or "Exchange" if the goods are to be exchanged.
Condition of the item upon return and packaging
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling the goods other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.
It is important that you ensure that the item is properly packaged when you return it. You bear the risk of the package and the items until we receive them. We therefore recommend that you save the postal receipt and any track and trace number in order to be able to follow the shipment.
